Ordering through the website is the fastest method of ordering. Please register your email and address details. Please click buy for any items wanted and add them to your shopping cart. Postage rates are listed below, for multiple items please check the cart checkout, it will add them up and display the total before you have to put any card details in.
This website is a secure website, the lock icon and https will be displayed and the site uses 256 bit encrypted security.
We no have moved over to paypal payments for all website checkout orders, you can easily pay via card still this way and set up an account if you don't already have one
Cheques and Postal Orders in UK pounds only and should be made out to Energy Flash Records.

All orders are dispatched in strong cardboard 12" record mailers and stiffeners or sturdy boxes for larger orders. We use Royal Mail Business, recorded and registered can be specified as per below.

We have a Royal Mail Business pick up everyday and process the records on a daily basis so UK items on average are delivered by 3 days, however we ask not to be contacted for late items till at least 7 days as on occasions mail can be late. European items should be received within 7 - 10 days and Worldwide between 7 - 14 days. Orders paid by Credit Card and Postal Order are dispatched on the day if received early enough.
All our records are in excellent condition and cleaned and checked before sending, if there are any problems you will be notified before sending. If you receive the record and are not happy please email and describe the problem. We accept returns within 7 days if the goods are faulty. If you have simply changed your mind or have ordered the wrong item we will not cover the return postage and an admin fee will be charged.
